Refund policy

Refunds
If you are returning a product which is in a group buy/pre order state, and the group buy/pre order has not yet ended, and we have not invested your purchase into buying material to make it, we will be more than happy to help you with that return.

If the group buy/pre order has ended, or if we have bought bulk materials with your purchase, but fulfillment has not yet began, we reserve the right to deny your refund, as your purchase contributed to the success of the group buy/pre order and everyone's order depends on your order as well.

If you have received your order, and would like a refund, you must first meet the return terms outlined below, or contact us at pearlboards@gmail.comand and explain your situation to us. If we approve, the next step is to return your items to us following the outline below.

 

If any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will only give a partial refund.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and not missing anything.

To complete your return after we approve it, we simply require you mail your items to us at

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, and with any associated fees deducted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if we have more stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pearlboards@gmail.com.
