It is impossible for us to test every PCB to the extent which would be needed to find every possible flaw. As such, your PCB's may arrive faulty.

Electronic components can simply fail or short, be soldered on faulty from the PCB manufacturer, or rub off and break during various shipping trips.

In any case, contact us if any issues occur, and we will look into fixing the pcb or sending out replacements.

Some plate configurations allow you to go all out super-flex. If the bottom of a PCB component makes contact with a grounded case wall, the PCB can short and not work. Please be aware of this and if it actually becomes an issue, you can lay down the included case case foam to prevent the issue.

Some RGB under glow leaks out of the case and weight. This is because the case parts are not perfectly flat and there are minuscule hairline gaps in the seams. RGB can also leak from the plate, generally where the stabilizer cutouts are.

The interior of the keyboard case will not be finished off as meticulously as the outside. The manufacturer will hand polish the most visible sections, which means they will prioritize the exterior. Things to expect in the insides can be anodization flaws, machining marks, unpolished sections and general visual blemishes.

Polycarbonate is a brittle plastic and can crack under pressure. Also, the screw holes can be stripped if you over tighten them. Please go slow and easy and handle with care.

Any polished brass will not come PVD-Coated, only polished, and will be prone to tarnishing. The brass will also have a mild surface treatment to prevent tarnish. However, it will still tarnish over time, or if handled profusely. The best way to clean heavy tarnish if needed is with a compound such as Wright's Brass Polish.

Production parts will almost always have tiny blemishes or flaws. Anything not considered A-Stock will be noted and customers in question will be notified about the issue.

Some new layouts or changes will not work sometimes when flashing a PCB with QMK Toolbox. We have found that while using QMK Toolbox, we need to first use the Clear Eeprom function while it is in reset mode, and then flash it. If the PCB is erased like that first, the new firmware works flawlessly.

10u Spacebars are made through Signature Plastics in DCS profile. They might come with slight imperfections and warping. We try to visually inspect each spacebar before sending it out, but these things can happen. The wires might also have slight imperfections as they were bent by hand.
